Dispatch Time:

Jewellery (excluding rings): Dispatched within 5 business days.

Rings: Handmade to order and dispatched within 14 days.

Delivery Method:

Your jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail First Class, which typically delivers within 1-3 days. However, please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Special Requests:

If you require your jewellery by a specific date, please contact us at info@kingsmithjewellery.co.uk to inquire about the possibility of expedited delivery.

 

Return Policy

At Kingsmith Jewellery, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are delighted with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a comprehensive exchange policy to accommodate your needs.

Exchange Policy:

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for items that may require a different size or if you wish to select a different item as a gift.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

 

Exceptions:

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Conditions:

Please include your order number and contact details, including an email address and a return address if exchanging.
The cost of returning the item for exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked mail service to ensure the safe return of your item.
